Filthy. Smelled. Tv didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work. Toilet paper holder fell off wall. Plastic baseboard attached with staples. Cheap breakfast. On and on. And it was $235 a night outside of Harrisburg PA. Can’t believe Wyndham/Ramada doesn’t monitor their hotels better.

Upon checkin, they did not ask if I wanted to use the card used to reserve the room or change it. They just processed the card on file. I said that I wanted to change the card, and I am still waiting for the reversal to post to my account. Also, 1 of the 2 rooms was not cleaned and had to be switched. One of the towel racks was falling off the wall as well.

The bathroom and towels were not great. Some towels were dirty, towels rack was rusted, broken toilet paper holder, bar soap left over in the shower from previous person who stayed in the room.

Everything was great except for 1) Lack of a snack vending machine and 2) Lack of black out curtains with a bright streetlight right outside the window

Towels were stained and had clumps of hair in them. Floor was clearly not swept and the bedding smelt of men’s cologne. So gross I didn’t want to shower. Insane price jump for a busy weekend. Understandable conditions for the usual $60 a night price but had to pay $250 a night because of an event in town.

Honestly, there is no reason to do the Ramada online check-in when I literally had to do the entire process all over again at the front desk

You get what you pay for. It was adequate. I like the bedding, location and friendly staff.
But it was very dirty, smelled terrible in hallways and elevator, shower wouldn't drain, tv sound was awful.

The hotel has people living in it and it isn’t the cleanest. I would never recommend this place! The property isn’t nice and the curtains in the room were very stained. The first room we were given the bathroom door could not close because the bathroom was too small.
